Registration Instructions
Deadlines:
- Early Bird Special Pricing: April 30, 2025
- Polo Shirt Order: May 15, 2025
- Thursday Evening Banquet: May 15, 2025
- Presentation submissions: May 25, 2025
Early bird regsitration is $120.
After the early bird deadline, registration is $150.
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the VM Workshop!
** IMPORTANT **
We use PayPal for payment.
You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to register.
For security, your payment information is processed directly by PayPal and
will never be seen nor stored by the VM Workshop web site.
Payment must be completed on Paypal AND an email confirmation received from Paypal
in order to be considered paid.
If an email from Paypal is not received, check your Junk/Spam folder.
Attendees:
Every person attending must register individually. This reduces administrative complexity should a reservation need to be cancelled.
Sponsors:
Sponsors should register once as a Sponsor then register each sponsor attendee separately. Why? Because we’re inexpensive, non-profit, and all meals except for Friday dinner are included in registration, even the Thursday Evening Banquet.
In addition, please submit a Sponsor Information Form to provide the information for your Sponsor listing.
