QLABS EXEC - display VOL1 and CMS1 disk labels

Use QLABS EXEC to display VOL1 and CMS1 disk labels on one or more cylinders of an attached or LINKed 3390 ECKD-formatted disk.

Syntax:
QLABS vdev (startcyl endcyl

DEFAULTS:
startcyl = 0
endcyl = startcyl
