2013 Dorm Room Information, Dorm Registration, Parking Pass, and Payment
On-Campus Housing
Dorm room reservations MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1, 2013. Any received after that date cannot be honored.
IUPUI campus housing offers dorm rooms next to the workshop site. The dorm rooms are converted hotel rooms with two twin beds, and the usual bathroom, etc. They are new dorm rooms: do not expect any TV, minibar, minifridge, or microwave oven. We expect to have access to a shared residential size refrigerator/freezer somewhere in the building.
Dorm rooms are double-occupancy. If you reserve a bed, you can choose who to 'room' with when you check-in, or be assigned a random (same gender) roommate. Some attendees have entered and paid for two (2) Dorm Room reservations (e.g. "Joe Public - Bed 1", and "Joe Public - Bed 2"); but doing so does double the price per night.

- Technically, the address is 850 West Michigan Street, but there is no vehicle access at that point. The building was "University Place Hotel", it has just been renovated into dorm rooms and renamed "University Tower". We will be the very first occupants. It is located diagonally across the intersection from the Campus Center, where the sessions will be presented, and which houses the Food Court where all meals will be provided as part of the $100 registration fee. The Thursday Evening Reception Dinner, also included, will be held elsewhere (TBD).
